Bella Davidova is a spearheading Business Consultant at Bella Terra Consulting, LLC, whose sole mission is to provide quality insight, advice, and support that cultivates new levels of business growth. She has an extensive professional background in the field and has fostered the necessary leadership skills to successfully guide others in creating the perfect roadmaps to reach their business objectives.

Bella is originally from Uzbekistan and has always enjoyed helping others succeed in life. She is highly reliable, features a positive attitude, and interacts with others with the utmost respect. Growing up in an entrepreneur-spirited family who owned several successful businesses, Bella began supporting operations at the age of 16. This early experience taught her what it takes to be a successful business leader and became the catalyst for earning a Master’s degree in General Management upon moving to the United States. Inspired by her passion for teaching, Bella started her own consulting agency, helping numerous clients achieve their business goals.

In 2016, Bella launched Bella Terra Consulting, LLC. Her background includes working as an ESL teacher at a military school, managing a doctor’s office in New York, and managing an Adult Day Care in Arizona since 2013. In addition to her consulting work, Bella serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at another business she co-owns with two partners. This role further demonstrates her extensive financial expertise and strategic acumen.

Bella has recently added numerology services to her expertise. She discovered that many business issues stem from the business owners themselves rather than the businesses. Numerology helps reveal what individuals need to do to regain their energy, identify perfect days for signing contracts or taking vacations, and make accurate forecasts for the year, month, and day. Additionally, numerology can assist in understanding personal and business cycles, aligning strategies with optimal timing, enhancing team dynamics, and addressing underlying challenges that might affect overall success. By integrating numerology, Bella provides a holistic approach to business consulting that addresses both practical and personal aspects of success.

Though Bella loves what she does and is committed to raising the bar for her clients, when she is not working, you can often find her listening to music and audiobooks, self-educating, staying fit, meditating, public speaking, learning to play the guitar, spending time with family and friends, and running a barbershop she and her husband have owned since 2014.
