Our Mission
Since 2016, Bella Terra Consulting helps small business owners to reach their goals in business, implement ideas, and overcome challenges by forming solutions to problems and developing recommendations. We specialize in providing Small Business Consulting (including startup and growth advising) and Management Consulting. We focus on practical part and implementation rather than just sharing theoretical knowledge.
Our services do not require to establish long-term contracts with entrepreneurs and business owners. We work on specific tasks and projects to help your business run smooth, effectively, and efficient.

Meet the Owner
Bella Davidova is a spearheading Business Consultant at Bella Terra Consulting, LLC, whose sole mission is to provide quality insight, advice, and support that cultivates new levels of business growth. She has an extensive professional background in the field, and has fostered the necessary leadership skills to successfully guide others in creating the perfect roadmaps to reach their business objectives.
Bella is a Russian immigrant, has always been a person who enjoyed helping others succeed in life. She is highly reliable, features a positive attitude, and interacts with others with the utmost respect. Growing up, Bella was raised in an entrepreneur-spirited family who owned a few successful businesses to which she began supporting the operations of since she was just 16 years old. Because of this, Bella learned early on what it takes to be a successful business leader, which became the catalyst for her to earn a Master’s degree in General Management upon moving to the United States. This, along with her second passion for teaching, inspired Bella to start her own consulting agency and has helped numerous clients in achieving their business goals.
Prior to launching Bella Terra Consulting, LLC in 2016, Bella’s background consists of working as an ESL teacher at a military school, managing a doctor’s office in New York, and managing an Adult Day Care when she moved to Arizona in 2013. Overall, Bella has a true ardency for her career, values integrity and trust, and made it her mission to empower business owners with vital information, knowledge, and insight so they can make the best decisions for themselves and their futures. This, in conjunction with her successes to date, can provide you with the solidifying confidence that your consulting needs are in the best possible hands.
Though Bella loves what she does and is committed to raising the bar for her clients, when she is not working, you can often find her listening to music and audiobooks, self-educating, staying fit, meditating, public speaking, learning to play the guitar, spending time with family and friends, and running a barbershop she and her husband own since 2014.
